PayCom scrubs my west European VISA, WTF?

Well, I thought sales were strangely low today and therefore I did a test signup with a big sponsor of mine using paycom, and guess what - my card got scrubbed .. no wonder the ratios are going through the roof if they scrub west European VISAs

My credit cards work and they are issued from a German bank. Fraud protection isn't limited to location of the issuing bank. So, I'd suggest you hit up Paycom and ask them.

Maybe off topic but adbrite declined my creditcard as well even though it was used 14 days ago same place.
