Do you know the Recommender System that worked for NetFlix? Do you know the Collaborative Filtering that did not work for Wal-Mart?

If your site logs by which visitors and on which thumbnails clicks happened, you will know the similarity as well as dissimilarity of tastes, then you will be able to predict for which visitors which thumbnails have to be on top of your site.

Correct or incorrect?
