				 | If i had to use it everywhere, and was on the go all of the time I would go with my full size laptop...a big pig....because it would have everythig that I need and because of the size would be able to work on it just as quickly as a desktop |

				 | 13 to 14" laptops are right. I travel a lot. I am literally on the road a full half of every year and have been for the past 12 years. Travel mobility is a specialty of mine. With that said, in the past 3 years I've had a 17", a 15.4" and a 13". I'd have to say the 13" is the easiest and most productive sized computer I have had so far. I'm going to try one of the hot new 10" computers that are coming out. I think the 10" will be the perfect size since I won't really need a special bag to carry it through the airport. And honestly, carting it in airports is the biggest hassle of them all.

 I upgraded from a latitude dell ( 14 " ) to a HP Zd8000 ( 17 " ). Battery life is short ( I bought 2 extra batteries ). For a DVD, the battery last one ( 1 ) hour !!!! It is heavy, bulky .... It is great as a desktop ( HT , big drives, etc ..)

There simply isn't enough room on planes for big laptops and the smaller ones are great for travel....

				 | i recently got rid of my 17 inch powerbook, and have downsized to a 15.2 incher, specifically for the mobility aspect. i'm finding it to be the perfect compromise.

				 | I travel a lot, too....I tried the 12.1 inch. It just felt too fragile for me, so I went with a 15 inch... I use it when I travel and I'm using it now while I am relaxing in my den, watching television.. While it is a little too large for travel, it's not so large that it is undoable...

15 inch screen for working out of my office, although it's too big for airplanes.....I'd need one of those ten inch ones for flying.... I just can't see buying a ten inch notebook just for an airplane ride, when I really just want to sleep through it.

				 | Since I am the king of laptops (inside joke) I would go for Sony's new SZ series. Its very sweet! Not cheap though. It weighs like 3.7 pds , 7 hours of battery and 128 video card, 13.3 xbrite screen.
