Yep,thats why i am seeking for a public advice,its much more complicated task to choose a good SEO than may seems

I would want atleast $3.5 - $4k for a week of work on your sites/site. I wouldnt work with just anybody though.

Chances are you'll end up with an outsourced seo guy, which is kind of funny if you think about it.

Website itself seems to be pretty nice and has a very active forums
