My friend Chuck, may he R.I.P., we use to always drink Kokanee together. If you aren't already, be sure to try it from tap, it's so much better...

Little known (or maybe known) beer fact. Beer is very light sensitive, light (and temperature changes) will change the flavor of a beer dramatically, usually giving it that "skunky taste" this is why beer is bottled in a dark brown bottle. Beers that are in clear bottles don't hold their originally intended flavor.

New Castle is one of the best beers made, if you get it on tap, and not from a mishandled, poorly stored, grocery store.
