My friend Chuck, may he R.I.P., we use to always drink Kokanee together. Everytime I'd see that guy, no matter where he was, even if he was downtown during regular business hours, he'd have a 15-pack of cans in one arm, and he'd be slamming another beer with the other. When Chuck drove his jeep off a large embankment, I vowed to make Kokanee my #1 drink. Chuck was one of my best friends.

Little known (or maybe known) beer fact. Beer is very light sensitive, light (and temperature changes) will change the flavor of a beer dramatically, usually giving it that "skunky taste" this is why beer is bottled in a dark brown bottle. Beers that are in clear bottles don't hold their originally intended flavor.

New Castle is one of the best beers made, if you get it on tap, and not from a mishandled, poorly stored, grocery store.
