using COX here in Vegas, GFY has been mostly unreachable for 2 weeks.. right now the only way I can reach it is to proxy thru one of my servers

well I just noticed its not just GFY, I just clicked to myspace with my proxy, and its like 1000x faster now

SoCal here and GFY has been slow as shit for a week or two. Half the threads don't open....Thanks for the info.

Yup problems in the evening when at home using Cox.

Couldn't those people just use a proxy to access the site? GFY allows proxies, does it not? They aren't hard to set up :)

In the next 15 minutes, we are going to try rerouting traffic around cox.

but today at the office on a sprint t1, it's just fine...

I was having horrible connections, it would take forever to load gfy and then open threads

We are in AZ and have not been able to get on to GFY for about 2-3 days now. Today was the first time I got on. I have no idea of how long it took. I left the system on when I left the office just to see if it would load by the time I returned.
I really wish Cox did not have the monopoly on cable here in the valley, because I would drop them like a hot potato. I was considering using the phone service, but if they cant keep the cable up and working for more than 2weeks at a time then I dont think it would wise investment throwing anymore of my good money towards their services.
