Legal question about close domain names?
I happened upon a domain name that i could not belive was availbale, its close to a domain that is very popular ( no not a miss spelling) but soemthing definatly people would search for. I run a simalar type of site and wanted to use it to point to my webcam site. no I dont intent to TRY to pretend to BE this other site in any way.
My question is: Can this other company try to force me to hand over the domain name to them, sue me? any precidence been made on this?

It all comes down to trademarks. If the domain comes too close to a trade mark you MAY be in for a battle.
