just wondering if it's possible to block out a province when people sign up for your site... for ex. If I dont want people from Nova Scotia to signup can the merchant remove it?

that is possible via IP blocking (.htaccess)
but it could be tricky & tedious thing to do
you need to know the ISP assigned IP's on that province

haha no beef with NS (I am one) the site im working on a 24-7 voyeur site, and a few of the girls are scared it will get out.
