    Epassporte and Dell ?

    Did anyone managed to buy anything from the Dell online store using their Epassporte card ??

    I got past the first preauth (where they charged smth like $24 instead of the full ammount), however i got an email 30 mins latter saying that :



    Thank you for shopping with Dell. While processing your order, we were unable to obtain credit card authorization from your bank or credit card company for this purchase.

    There are numerous reasons why the authorization may not have been obtained. Your financial institution has not disclosed the reason for declining your purchase with Dell Inc. Please contact your bank or credit card company for further credit card resolution. There is a customer service phone number to your bank or credit card company on the back of your credit card. When the issue is resolved, call us at 877-819-3355 for further processing assistance, and please have your order number(s) ready when calling.

      Most places don't take epass virtual cards.

      Only site i find it useful at is amazon.com

        Are you sure the amount is below your daily limit?

            I was declined for airline tickets online so I phoned the airline and they did it manually.
