Ya think the guys that joined up ever thought we were going to attack another country unprovoked. I would venture to say no.

uhm, the conditions of whether or not we enter war are completely irrelevant..

however what is relevant, is the fact that we've been involved in a major war every 20 - 30 years for more than a century (or 2?).

do the math and probability of that one.
