One day, in September, I received a phone call from the police in Los Gatos. Seems my friend went berserk.

He had invited a female co worker over to his house for dinner. Things went terribly awry and he ended up strangling her.

If that weren't bad enough, he bit off her nipple and flushed it down the toilet. Then, he proeceeded to dismember her body in his bathtub, placing her parts in nine garbage bags.

Once that gory detail was completed, he took a butcher knife and sliced open his intestines. That didn't kill him, so he vertically slashed his wrist. When that didn't kill him, he cut his neck, aiming for his own jugular.

Still, he didn't die; so he called the police and confessed. He's in Tracy California and when the Review Board called me about parole ( he got 15 - life, plus 3 for desecrating a body)..they asked me if I thought he were eligible for parole.

I said no. Hell no.

good job!

well consider that our society has come from viewing murder as a normal course of the day to a huge problem in just a few hundred years.

Rick got life with no parole for 25 yrs. He is still in the Pen, got about 10 years left on his sentence I think.

"had to stab him 26 times..."

you are a fucking retard

Did you even read the post? I said it was misdemeanor time I did and the guy just happened to be on the same walk (cell block as I was) cause of over crowding. It was an old jail built in the 1850's lol

There's a good lesson in this story. You can know somebody forever and still not really know them. You can never really say "so and so would NEVER do a thing like that" because you just don't know.

Can I plea the 5th?

eroswebmaster 01-21-2006 05:13 PM

oh shit..forgot my 2nd cousin Robi went to prison for helping kill a guy who was accused of raping a friend of his' girl.

They beat the guy until he was nothing but a bloody mess, and then dragged him from behind their car around town.

We went to visit him in the pen once when I was a kid, he was in for a good 25-30 years, he's out now and spent the last like 4-5 years helping out my grandmother.

he's a strange fellow now, prison really had an effect on him.

I know of a similar situation that took place in Erie, Pa about the same time frame and the guys name was the same as well, except that my cousin was with the dude and took the rap for him basically. Even though the guy died, they only charged him with attempted murder. Not sure of the details but maybe the DA knew he didn't do it. Something there doesn't add up.

Agree! The odds of involvement with three misfits in your life is kinda against the odds.

Don't know where C_U_Next_Tuesday is, but would be safer in the middle of a jungle - a non-human one! :winkwink:

I remember looking up crime stats for Florida before living there for a while. Odd, but Florida never had murders at that time - not one! :) The deviant reason surfaced in the end and related to lying on stats and covering problems to avoid affecting the tourist trade. A govt officer explained.. "Of course there are murders - You don't really think the govt are going to publish the truth do ya? Welcome to bullshit world!" Tho she would never have believed the sun would rise in the east without checking it out. :1orglaugh

I'm sure most of the people on GFY have murdered a hooker at once point or another, so I'm going to have to answer yes.

That's pretty sweet that you met them though, were they polite?

Yeah...one wonders...hmmm

The only murderer I've ever known is a woman who stabbed her husband 27 times while high. It was years ago, when I was a therapist...she was a client.

I think she was a sociopath, despite the dope in her.

I met Paul Bernardo and Karla Homolka when I was 16, was at a family BBQ with them and their parents. Little did I realize that I was sharing burgers and coleslaw with a couple of Canada's worst serial killers/rapists. For anyone not familiar with them, some background can be found http://www.google.ca/search?hl=en&hs...olka&spel l=1
