shit...trying to change my bad ways and lose the extra pounds - never had a salad after a long shoot day - I am focused and gonna do it - i'm lose the weight - how about some encouragement folks?

Got me beat, I'm snacking on Sam Adams brewski's and gold fish crackers. Been doing the eliptical machine everyday though so it all works out.

I didnt make a new year's resolution - just decided it was time to lose weight - hard to pass on all the sweets and carbs on the set everyday - have to leave and get a burger - today they had shrimp scampi on pasta - one of my faves -

I turn 40 this year - I dont want to get a stroke or something - I want to live a full life - therefore - losing weight is the plan

i am trying real hard as well , normally i order couple pizza after midnight
and i have been working out at the gym again . Let me tell yah though ,
it is soooooo damn hard to motivate yourself to workout and to watch
what you eat
