I used to drink almost a 2 liter every day but I realized that my pants weren't fitting anymore and decided there might be a correlation between the amount of Dr. Pepper I consumed and my ever increasing waistline. Since switching to apple/grape/grapefruit or orange juice, I have dropped almost 15 pounds AND I get to take a crap not once but TWICE a day!! WOOOOHOOOO!

Sugar is the worst thing you can consume - drinking it in liquid form is just plain nasty :p
