Ban them from all your sites in big text on your traffic trade and submission pages.. Redirect all the links to other sponsors thus "stealing" all their content to promote other sponsors.

Also works for sponsors that don't pay you. Funny how they get off their ass and start responding.

yes I did.. but I was answering the question.. I attempted to be a bit sarcastic in my reply but it didn't work out that way. I was also trying to make my reponse a bit controversal with the "stealing" part so you could get more mad views. Sometimes I'm far too subtle.
