American commits suicide in internet forum

A 21-year-old American online gaming fan broadcast his suicide on a Bulgarian Internet forum.

Named as Mitchell S., the gamer switched on his web cam and swallowed a large amount of motor antifreeze and pills after complaining about family problems and a lack of money, forum administrator Boyan Georgiev told Bulgaria's BGNES news agency on Wednesday.

Other forum members thought the man nicknamed "Kudjo" was joking even though he rambled for six hours about the effects of the substances and disappeared from view several times.

After he failed to appear at regular meeting spots, gamers went to his home and learnt he died in hospital on January 7.

The gaming Web site www.metalgearsolid.org has closed pending an investigation

i remember when that happend he was posting in an IRC chatroom i had the transcripts to the chat a while back it was kinda fucked up he was pretty physched about doing it... he took a ton of shit pills, smoked weed, drank vodka... and had a bunch of people from the irc chat watching him live...

I have a friend that i started chatting with about a week after I first downloaded ICQ back in 98, and we still talk! I've known him longer than I've known some of my real life friends. I would definitely care if he committed suicide and if something was wrong.
