Has anyone ever bought house plans online?
I've seen all sorts of sites like www.theplancollection.com and it looks like a cool way to pick a house that you like, without having to pay the big fees of an architect or home designer.
What do you think?

I was thinking the same. Buying a big house, or else getting one built smaller, but designed how I like.
