Well I would not generalize it so.
Many webmasters are lazy, many others are far from lazy. It is more of a personal situation with each person and it does not matter what occupation they may be in odds are they would be the same.

we all have our different working habit. some prefer relaxing while working and some are just so workaholic to the bones, but its possible to produce the same quality and quantity of result. my point is the term "hardworking" and "lazy" differs from person to person
