Paris Hilton collapsed on a pavement after a boozy night out with friends on Monday (09.01.05).
The hotel heiress was leaving a bash at a swanky Hollywood club a reportedly a little worse for wear when she tripped and fell.
A source is quoted in Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper as saying: "Paris was on top form at the start of the night and looked very posh in her blue dress and beads.
"But at the end she was out of it so she had to duck out and make her excuses, fast!"
Last month, the blonde socialite was named the world's worst dog owner - ever.
The star - famed for owning a menagerie of pets - topped an online poll conducted by the magazines 'New York Dog' and 'Hollywood Dog'.
She received the unwanted title after losing one pooch, Tinkerbell, and then after being reunited with the pet swapping it for a smaller, sweeter pup.
Joint editor Leslie Padgett said at the time: "Our readers felt Ms Hilton's dog-parenting skills left a lot to be desired.
"First she loses Tinkerbell, then she ditches her dog for a cuter dog, then replaces that dog with a ferret, then a Kinkajou monkey, and then, I gather, a goat."
