Here where I live if someone destroys your property or threatens it in any way, IE your car, your home, you can shoot him. So I'd think you could also fuck him up...
I've been in my fair share of fights Phoenix, but they were always self defense so I was never charged, I don't agree with walking up to someone and just hitting them.
However if you catch the guy doing something to your shit you should take it up with him.

also, you could get like 5 or 6 good pictures of his face and photoshop them on crazy gay porno or other things.

Do one really good picture and take it up to him and be like "Dickhead, I know where you live, you touch my fucking car ever again, and every single house in a 5 block radius of your house is going to get these pictures"
