Indian food is amazing! You need to like it spicy to enjoy tho.

I wasn't crazy about the smells until I went into a restaurant and tried the food. I actually liked it alot.

Oh I know on both accounts. I never had a curry before I moved to London. I admit that when I go for a curry type meal I am a wimp and like korma or other mild stuff. I would love to have like a mild spicy sampler or something so I oculd expand more without fear or my head blowing off.

I think Indian and Mexican cooking isn't all that different at the core except that there is more corn based things in Mexican cooking and more chickpea based things in Indian cooking. Other than that a lot of the ingrediants are the same with different names.
