Yesterday was Friday the 13th, and a full moon or dam close....So how did you do ?

All that happen to me yesterday was that my Desktop PC hard drive crashed and died yesterday on Friday the 13th. Posting now from Laptop, have help coming at 2 pm today...new drive and hope to recover some of the old one.

Just bad luck or Friday the 13th ??

I mean this has happen to me before a few years ago and it's not the end of the world, just a huge pain in the ASS. Funny thing is it Happened on Friday the 13th, right when I start thinking it was a good day..no bad luck. Then PC say's sorry no system32 config blah blah etc.....

Most of NY was under crazy amounts of fog. (even had a fog warning)
Visablity was close to none. Crazy rain with howling winds and lightening.

I seen a few accidents. Got lost a few times. Everywhere was booked.

Sorry your cable went out. I wasn't sure what happened because it just said you timed out... not "player is disconnected and all in." I stalled and waited to call each hand in case you were coming back. I could have gotten nearly all your chips had I not done that. Even when you came back you had more than twice as many chips as me... I believe I was around 10k and you were around 24k.

Friday the 13th went well for me. My curse is Christmas in Virginia.

This past Christmas day we hit a telephone pole head on in our Van.

The one before that, all my Christmas gifts for my family in VA were stolen out of my van... as well as my purse, wallet, camcorder and leather jacket.

The one before that we spent Christmas dinner in the ER... my son's elbow dislocated when someone picked him up.

The one before that, my other son got 3rd degree burns on his hands from my Mom's woodstove.

This year we decided that we aren't going to VA for Christmas anymore.

me and the boyfriend were driving home from dinner from his aunts house..and we saw a baseball in the middle of the street, and all of a sudden, it started bouncing and going towards the curb.....up the curb.....through the grass.....across the street....still bouncing up and down.....up on another curb....through more grass and then stopped.

theres no explanation for it...we both looked at each other like

Actually, Christmas '05 is the one when we hit the telephone pole... the van got hurt and the pole's now crooked... but other than a few minor bumps and bruises, we were all okay.

Weird thing was, this happened on the same road where I rolled my car 14 years ago.

Mine didn't go worth a fuck...... we had to put down my youngest son's German Shepherd. He got into some antifreeze and we couldn't save him. So my Friday the 13th didn't go worth a damn!.

He's not taking it well at all, but he knows we did everything we could do for his dog. We rushed him to the Animal Hospital here last night and the Vet was extremely good to him, and he was well cared for, and my son was right by his side. He knows sometimes these things happen, but he's still taking it pretty hard. At 12, it's a pretty intense time as it is, to lose a friend on any level is hard.
