Donny gets 50% of 10,000 customers while the run of the mill partner gets 50% of 100 customers. Not too complicated.

Wrong. It was not court ordered, it was an agreement. The site was up for almost 2 years. Situations happened and it was a great experience, but it is time for it to be over with.
