Did something and I have no clue now

when I open a dir and check show small images it doesnt, just the JPG sign and not the pic preview... any

see? theyre linked to acdsee never changed that in like years and but all of a sudden the preview is gone and the ACDsee logo is there... its on miniatuurweergaven/thumbs

It should be fine after reboots. This was just a dll which was disabled, probably happened with some secret microsoft update.
