After much contemplation...I decided to bring it to the board! What the hell!

So I had this great idea to overhaul the whole dating site industry!

What?s the biggest issue with dating sites? Fake pictures!
I figured if I can somehow create a dating site with guaranteed real pictures , where the person you meet is guaranteed to be the person you are chatting with, this would remove all the fear out of online dating and, this would get millions of people buzzing! A site where users can feel confident about dating; it would revolutionize the dating industry and change the online dating market into something cool instead of something desperate!

So problem solved! I created www.RealPicDating.com to understand the concept of the idea you have to go to www.realpicdating.com/presentation take 3 minutes and, actually watch the presentation you will be impressed ...the idea is amazing, people love it and affiliates would go crazy to promote this for conversions would be through the roof GUARANTEED!
The potential for this project is limitless we can create an adult version with the same concept a chat version and much much more!

So I kind of ran into a brick wall when I failed to get enough CONFIRMED, APPROVED profiles, so I figured to look for webcam sites for these members would have the ability to take a confirmed photo in 3 seconds for their members have webcams, another great idea!
Then we came up with another fantastic idea, there are tons of these club promotion sites where they take photos of clubbers, why don?t we collect the email addresses of the club guys and girls together with the photos and have a separate business of contacting people you saw at a club as well as having our dating database grow because now the photos are confirmed FOR WE TOOK THE PHOTOS!
We have 2 ways of confirming photos, either hold up the sign or our photographers take your picture but all this needs help, you need in every city to have photographers hitting the clubs and collecting emails, all that needs time effort, money, and commitment.
So I realized the scope of this project is too large for me alone and, I need business partners! I need business connections, I need doers, and I need people with money and people with dating traffic!
I need solid people involved with this and, it doesnt have to be adult, this is mainstream dating first and theres millions of people looking for love. EVERYONE KNOWS DATING CONVERTS, IT SELLS!
The site with the right people involved will make hundreds of millions of dollars and, I have gotten many offers to take myself public as soon as there is a certain amount of member base!
(The idea is patented, not that it matters much, for the success of this isn?t so much the idea as it is making it happen)
In any case I am looking for help if you have a site that can help or if you have a friend that has a site that can help, or if you have money you would like to invest, please I am easy and willing to be very very generous to get this thing rocking! I have put allot of my own money in this but sometimes you need to use other peoples luck to ensure your success!

It's a good idea, but who goes "Hmm I think I'll join this dating site, but I'll go out into the middle of a city sidewalk with a little sign, and get my friend to take the pic" ... lol

actually, it's not a bad idea. But it's a pain in the ass. When a surfer is horny, he wants to jerk off and see photos of girls that he may be able to meet. He doesn't want to take a few minutes to make the sign and take his own photo.
So it's a decent idea for mainstream, but for adult, I'm not too sure about. Remember, porn is DEFINITELY impulse buying.

You might convert better from profile to sale, but you won't collect very many profiles. Just look at the percentage of profiles with photos on any major dating site. Less than 25% of members will post photos, including the fakes. If you get rid of the fakes and require your users to jump to hoops to post a "confirmed" photo you're going get very very few photos.
