the best place to get help for starting up and running a paysite is from paysite owners. some will be more than happy to help...like myself. find a few paysites that are doing well and that you like, then contact them for some advise.
IMO, most of the help on here is directed towards webmasters running TGP's & MGP's.
paysites are the top of the food chain and require the most work but make the most $$$ too.
