Anyone here use Ulead for video editing?

I use it sometimes. It depends on the codec you use. some have compression and some don't

Its at the end. make movie. there is an option button when enter the file name to save as

yeah thats the thing, under NONE of the codecs it comes with is there compression options on that button. (the options button in the save as menu)

I use Video Editor 8 by Ulead and for me I click on Create Video File and then Options. From there if you are making a .mpg the compression setting is the last tab. If you are creating a .wmv then you have to create the profile or edit an existing one.
