There is no "the best"; there are a few that could be considered "some of the top designers". Also, best at what (static graphics, layout, flash, editing, effects, etc.)?

Also, you have to understand that the "top" design studios are usually the most expensive, so you have to let us know your budget before we could advise on who the "best" for you would be.

The top Quality vs Price.. example you get the same quality from two designer.. designer a= 1000 designer b= 4000 Not real number .. just example

there are alot of awesome designers out there with some having competitive pricing going on. Depends really on how many pages, what kind of site and they usually give discounts to loyal / repeat clients. You have to be more specific on what pricing etc. your wanting since that can be 20$ for a TGP or banner up to $1000 - $5000 for a full site
