Galaga 88 is possibly one of the best games ever. I very nearly got a refurbished coffeetable version a few years ago.

get fucked, if you were born in the 70's and don't remember those games you don't get to have an opinion on whether they were interesting or not.

I was born in the 70's and can remember all of those games like it was yesterday hehe

As simplistic as they were, even today they are still fun to play.

of course, now they are making cabinet kits. When i built mine, it was plans-only... no kits were available

I didnt have much else to do at the time, was just getting able to walk again, so I had the MDF delivered, would stand with a cane in one hand and a jigsaw in the other. Worked on it about an hour or so a day, took me three months to go from plans to finished, working product. I used a 27" monitor from Happs and a control panel from slikstik.

Thanks. I don't think it would be much to get the plans and have the pieces input into the machine and cut. Probably not more than a few hours work. Luckily I already know how to use it and can do so at no cost :thumbsup
