How often do you pull "all nighters"? I do 1 at least once a week.

yeah and red bull...also i'm very self modivated

I usually get sick once or twice a year tho and crash hard for about a month. i'm 30 and i've been doing it for quite awhile. Once I started doing work internationally i needed to stay up all night to deal with the time zones. then when i started working on the internet i had more work that i could do 24 hours a day.

I was just talking about how nocturnal I have become. I pull all nighters without even meaning to do it. The only thing is that sooner or later it catches up to me and I have to sleep for a long ass time to make up for it and I feel like I am wasting time then.

I do all nighters when I feel like it.
But hardly ever if a customer NEEDS it, as my health is not going to get put to any risk because of HIS/HER bad planning.

I drink coffee yeah, but if there is something I need to keep focussed on, I may use a tiny drop of amphetamine in the coffee. That's amazing for concentration.
It also makes your feet shrink and the Clingons use this for their deadly assault planning of planet Earth, on their way to Galactic domenance.

Not sleeping well each night is actually quite detrimental to your health. A significant amount of necessary body management and maintainence processes only occur when you are sleeping.

Get your daily sleep and your body will be much healthier. I'm not one to speak though since I tend to sleep irregularly also.

Same here...I keep ridiculous hours. Usually I'm up till 3-4am, and then grab a quick sleep until 8-9am. I've never needed much sleep, high metabolism I s'pose.

Same thing that I used to do . Now I got a daughter ... so I go to sleep at 4 am, wake up at 9, and take a nap 2-3 times a week.
