Boxer O'neal Bell becomes the first Cruiserweight since Evander Holyfield (1988) to become undisputed champion Tonight. The best part is he Knocks out a Tough Frenchmen. Check out the punch at the very end to the back of the head. (Did I say a tough Frenchmen?) Actually this guy (the Frenchmen) won almost every round until this.
