What do you think of Averatec notebooks? - GoFuckYourself.com

Theyre pretty inexpensive compared to more famous brands.
Anyone here use one and can give some feedback on them?

You cant beat em for the price. The screens generally have kinda low resolution but thats the only somewhat bad thing i have found. Performance wise they are great. Pick up one of the centrino's. They are awesome!

well I guess they are just allmost the same but with notebooks i would for some a company with a name.

which screen size did you get? I might get the 12" screen one, tho it's not a centrino, and I might also get the 10" one instead of the JVC sub-notebook. I can't wait for my local Bestbuy to re-stock Averatec so I can check them out...
