IMO he was lazy and did a quick job, looks huge but he did not invest a lot of work wich will soon result in a huge drop of traffic because his surfers will be bored
5 visits and they have seen it all. Making decent gallery lists takes a lot of time and effort but surfers get hooked. Don't have a cow Franck his site will spike and fade into nothing unless he starts building decent galleries and has a lot of time to do this.
First step is hard work, what he did is the same like signing up with a sponsor and pasting all the links on a forum 5 minutes work that will last 5 to 10 days.
