    Skim vs No Skim

    How important do you think trades and skimming are while growing a TGP/MGP, do you think you would pick up more bookmarkers with a skim free site?

              I think sites with no skim are definitely harder to publicize - but better productivity is worth it in the long run.

              I would rather a 50,000 no skim than an 800,000 60% to galleries skimmed joke. That's my $.02

                          Yeah it's difficult, but most tgp's out there skim and piss off the surfers. With no skim your tgp would stand-out from the rest.

                                      you just got to play the long game, trade to other sites without skimming add galleries daily and 6 months to a year later you should be seeing good returns on the time you have invested. Why not build some other sites that skim, build up your traffic that way then feed a little of it into your non skimming main site. That feeder traffic will help grow your trades and hopefully supply bookmarkers who will return to that site in future.

                                          Very true but i've learned recently that no skimming makes more type ins (bookmarkers). People will trust your site more without you skimming.
