If you use ref code gofuckyourself and pre-buy for a year, you'll get a full year for like 12 bucks .

I've had one site hosted on them for a year and a month now and they are aiight for small sites.

I'de recommend LunarPages.com their deals blow away every other host out there (for virtual accounts at least). Dreamhost gives you more bandwidth but is their service reliable? I've heard it isn't that reliable.
