    I paid someone with epassporte, can I chargeback?

    That guy did a lot of jobs for me in the past. This time I paid him upfront.

    However, now he dissapeared....Can I get my money back?(small amount, but it's the idea)

                  Perfect I also got some money to get back. Damn designer wanted money upfront and I was stupid and sent him it upfront and then voila no where to bee seen.
