Its been months now paycounter get so damn slow, i can load the first page ok but when i try to get detail of a certian site, it wont load.

anyone suffers the same?

KC just made a big hardware upgrade last week. Things have been running faster IMO.

It's at certain times of the day (i'm thinking peek traffic times), that Paycounter gets really slow. It just won't connect to a stats page....it'll sit loading and never come up.

It's been like that since I signed up several months ago. I just accepted it but I use other counters for stats and paycounter to pay

Same here TeaD, but since we have only been looking at the counters for a week or so after getting back, I haven't bothered KC about it yet.

Last week systems resources were shuffled during the hardware upgrades.

Is this an immediate problem, or something from last week?

KC moved me to another server and Ive no problem since he is a real nice guy just email him and he should fix you up NP

Pay Counter is a fantastic counter, KC has been on top of all the issues that pop up with a growing site like his. I'am sure he is aware of this problem and will be on top of this as well..

Well its been like this for a long time and its almost all the time the detail stats wont load, i gotta email them then.

I love paycounter but I must admit it is getting slow. I thought I just had to many counters but now I think otherwise. I will not stop using them though!!

Strange, PC used to be really slow for me, but in the last few weeks since I started using them again, its been really fast.. stats page comes up within a couple of seconds.
