Nasty fucking Virus on my PC (help needed)

Was checking out my trades yesterday and got bombared with spyware/malware/trojan horses and viruses. Wondering if anyone has been having issues with this lately. SpySheriff and a bunch of other 'fake' spyware programs were installed on my program trying to get my to buy it. Desktop was changed and numerous other things fucked with. I have tried everything to delete this last nasty trojan with no luck.

    file : browsela.dll
    Path : c:\windows\system32

    infection : Downloader.Delf.aeo

    c:\windows\alt.exe

    c:\windows\alt.exe1

    c:\windows\adsldpbf.dll

I have tried killbox and every other program to kill it before my computer boots and it keeps coming back./

Turn off System Restore, then run all your removal progs. Reboot, check it out, then turn System Restore back on.

          Hope that helps

It's harder than that. If it is what Ihad, the system restore has already been dumped...

Let's wait on our self proclaimed resident computer know it all Smokey. I know how to rid you of this, but he claims that it was VERY simple to do. Let's hear it Smokey, ya fucking dip shit

Ive found some of these new ones you end up having to get the uninstaller from the company pushing the spyware. If you are getting ads right click on them goto properties and find the url it is being pushed from. Many of them when you go there have a "why am I getting these ads" link. Do this at your own risk of course, though its worked for me twice on two different computers that family members using IE got infected.

Spywherrif is one of the nastiest pieces of spyware i ever had. Took me half a day to remove it.

                                  Start button
                                  Run
                                  Type in msconfig
                                  Select boot.ini tab
                                  check box safeboot

Or when restarting hit F8 for safe mode.

It will ask you to restart after a minute.
                                  Restart button
This take a lot longer to start up, and looks like stone age sometimes.
Open your explorer and delete the files you just mentioned....
Also look in your windows/system32 sort by date, look at most recent installed .exe's (look name up on google if you don't know what they are (second computer)

                                  restart

                                  Good Luck!

spy sheriff is the most difficult "virus" i haver had in my PC. It took 1 day to remove it. I advise installing kaspersky anti-virus after you fix the PC.
Btw, i had installed Norton when the spy sheriff attacked... and in 5 seconds Norton was OFF - shitty anti-virus.
some topics i used to fix the PC:

                                      easy to fix..

go to c:\ right click sort files by "last modified"

look for any new files , delete them ignore any that say they are running and cant be deleted but write them down..

                                      go to c:\windows

                                      repeat above

                                      go to c:\windows\system32\

                                      repeat above.

                                      go to c:\program files

                                      repeat

create a new user account, shutdown restart in new account try to delete any files you were unable to delete..

Then shutdown restart in safe mode ( f-8 )

                                      repeat all above steps..

go to your registry and search for strings of files you ran across i.e. ( spysheriff )

                                      delete any strange ones..

restart and you all good ( you might have your start page still jacked , you can fix that manually or use any spyware cleaner to remove any after effects you may still experience..

I feel your pain. I was slammed with some spyware shit a couple days ago and it took me forever to delete. I got it the same way you did. I'm at the point where I'm going to just dump all of my trades because this shit just isn't worth it. I'd rather just swish around my own traffic then open the floodgates to scumbags who put that crap on their sites.

Sorry I couldn't help... just had to vent.

I already reformatted my hard disk 3 times because of those spyware/malware/trojan horses and viruses. I am not that knowledgeable on anti-spywares and virus protection, that is why I always back up my files in a separate hard disk.
