There is no way it could be real. Anatomically, think about it. You might get that if the skin was all there was separating the outside world and the womb but it isnt. There are layers of muscle, fat, and all the layers of the skin, as well as the uterine wall. You would definitely be able to see a bulge when the baby moves or kicks but nothing at all detailed to include toes, pad, heel, etc. Unless of course its Bruce Lee reincarnated.
"The towers are gone now, reduced to bloody rubble, along with all hopes for Peace in Our Time, in the United States or any other country. Make no mistake about it: We are At War now -- with somebody -- and we will stay At War with that mysterious Enemy for the rest of our lives." H.S.T. 09/12/01

My mother told me a story about how when I was about to be born(I was 2 weeks late) her skin was stretched so thin it was almost transparent. She was lying down and happened to look down to see my foot sticking out just like that..
She has to push it back in.
When a woman is very late in her period the baby is right up against the skin so things to poke out.
