Presenting pics of the first two rooms of my house! (PICS)

I've recently been starting to fill up my house, so I took some pics to present to you the first two rooms so far: Living Room and Dining Room.

I'm still missing many things like paintings, rugs, and to paint the walls - but here's how it's going so far

A general overview (yes those are leopard slippers, but those ones are my GFs):

My Roman-styled side table, with Chess set and wireless receiver for surround sound:

The small Roman table between the couch and chairs:

Thanks. I'm no big Star Wars fan, but I do find their DVD box to be pretty damn nice!

Too bad the pic missed the bottom shelves though, I have tons more cartoons and decorations there from the whole Transformers & GI:Joe series to My Little Pony (ok that last one is my girlfriend's)

LOL, no, I don't arrange them. Guess it just happened. You can see though one is backwards, so that proves my innocence

Well, for the first two years I lived here, I couldn't watch any wrestling anymore. So I bought the PPVs on DVD (copies however, for $6-7 each).

Now though I have a 8 foot dish on my roof so 'intercept' 300+ channels from the States and have since never bought anymore wrestling DVDs

I used to have Starcade '87 on VHS. Don't tell anyone though...

Anyone who remembers Starcade '87 here?

Not too crazy about the color of the sofa and recliners, but then I wont be stopping by. But over all, very nice. Congrats.

I was never a WCW fan back in the day...Only WWF and their crazy characters for me! I think one of the best storylines for me were Savage/Jake Roberts or Warrior/Papa Shango

I did get into ECW though, and now really like the TNA PPVs.

I would probably pickup the Wrestlemania Anthology Boxed Set on DVD though.....

The upstairs is probably going to take me awhile though: of the three bedrooms, I want to do three complete styles: Medieval (master bedroom), Feudal Japan (guest room), African (guest room). Then have thegym, studio, poker room and stuff to do

I can see it being ready hopefully by 2007

Thanks! I'm looking to add a black furry rug for the living room, to complete the design. Then paint the walls and get some decor/paintings up on them still though.

I think my camera may have made it too bright...in reality, it's a darker red than is showing in the pics

You need a throwdown rug for your living room area, maybe 8ft x 8ft.

Would make your place give off a much cozier vibe.

I like that color for a guy. I did a dining room and sitting room for my guy cousin and used deep red, black, camel, and a sage green color, and it looked really nice. I think it's good choice.

Yeah the seat covers for the dining room chairs are that kind of green, and the living room curtains I just got as well (not put up yet)
