i think the retention outweighs the money you would have made by upselling

Well our retention is okay right now im more concerned about getting more qualified sales out of people who have been proven to hold and use a CC

Im really not a big fan of that 'free' word when it comes to porn and surfers

agreed
give them more and keep them recurring, or give the trial signups access to the one site they signed up for and then give them access to everything once they recur.
