true - but how far do you take it? Is it right for him to chase an UNARMED burgler down the street with an axe? What if he found them the NEXT day and cut them up? Or a week later? For him to get Jail time OBVIOUSLY he SERIOUSLY overrecated to what a reasonable person's defination of self defense would be and commited assault on them. |
