MSNBC reporting hurricane Katrina tours now going on in New Orleans
no link as of yet.
they're announcing the there are tourists now traveling to new orleans and the majority are asking to see the worst of the devastation. tour guides are now setting up official tours of the worst areas. your thoughts.

It was a natural phenomenon, why not? They can earn a bit of tourism money, and that will help them a lot.
