The ab lounge kicks ass
I've treid a shitload of exercises and equipment for my abs and nothing even compares to the ab lounge. It makes you keep your form (no cheating) and doesnt hurt your back.
Yea I know this is completely fucking random but I wish someoen had told me about it a long time ago.

I was looking at one the other day. They reminded me of those 50's machines that would do the work for you and not actually work.
