Is there anyone who has tried WinXP 64 already? Is it work better (faster or more stable) than XP 32? Is it worth to use WinXP 64 on AMD 64 3200+ CPU? I'd like to hear any opinions on it.
WinXP 64 anyone?

I have used Windows XP 64bit it is very stable, only problem is you need all 64 drives for alot of stuff you installed. It works really good though and you will notice twice the speed by using xp 64bitE-mail marketing - Automation Scripting - IP Space

if you do video editing, or handle large data-files (larger than 2 gig) you will experience a 400%+ speed increase, but the problem is not all programs can run on it (unless you can get the source and recompile it) Wait a year till the new XP hits the market - it will handle the difference better. To get the most out of the system, you need a full 64bit machine, not just the CPU. Both IBM and HP make some good 64bit workstations. We personally installed 73 IBM's at a architect company, and they never had a problemComment

What drives are you talking about? I have no exotic devices installed on my computer. So I don't think there is a problem to download a driver for nVidia 6600GT, USB HDD or DSL modem.Obey the CowgodComment
