Not saying he's a scammer (not saying he's not either). He may mean well. However meaning well is not enough. Just becuase Bob down the block wants to stop AIDS in Africa it doesn't mean my money should be sent to him rather than a reputable organization with better resources and an actual plan of action. He may have just simply bitten off more than he can chew here.

As long as it cannot be tied up to me personally I have no problem answering any questions. ICQ is also wide open.

We donated the domain name and hosting account. I think it shows up under our name because it's in our Enom account.

I think Pascal is just trying to do something productive that would benefit everybody in the industry.

you describe hersenscheet.com as "Hersenscheet.com (40K visitors / day) " but that is not what the site shows. it shows "12 users online" .. that would be about 500-600 a day then.

as far as i remember he got that set when i was giving it away for free on my birthday once - that includes the right to use it on 5 different domains, also for design purposes. so i think it's ok, i'm used to the fact that people never take licenses seriously and send me the domains they're using it for. sad, but true.

All site-owners should do what some of us have done for years - Watermark the images. If you do that, its all free promotion. Why do you think DH have a site that do exactly that with file-sharing programs? Because it WORKS !!!

Are you setup _LEGALLY_ as a non-profit organization?

How exactly do you plan to enforce copyrights in the US from Europe/BVI let alone countries in Asia or the Middle East?

Taking some classes in law is great but in that case you're going to need some actual attorneys. Do you really think lawyers are going to donate their time to you to fight for porn when they could charge the same people their normal (ridiculous) rates to do the same?

Do you know anyone in this industry (names please of course) who will vouch for you and can act as a reference?

Do you have a full business plan (if you do, the allocation %s I mentioned above should surely be part of it).

You can't count Anthony as a reference, he's associated with the project. We're asking for references not who is giving you free hosting and a free domain in excahnge for exposure.

Great, now you half answered them.

p2p's steals (shares) the most adult content. LOT of people have tried to shut them down but they are still running. You really cant do anything.

The problem here is you can't just "pop in" as a nobody in this business and expect to represent it. It just doesn't work that way. You're trying to be representative of an entire industry (which doesn't play together very well in the first place) and refuse to give any personal information on yoursef (bad move if you're trying to be a public figure), you won't give any information on your history in the business, you won't give any _REAL_ references, you won't answer most people's questions directly.

Translation: You won't be seeing a dime from me.
