I never really had any luck with the free ones..I use Bullet proof and Trend Micro,Spy sweeper..all fairly cheap and effective

AdAware is my personal favorite and best imo. It's free. Dude above obviously hasn't used it.

I have used all of the free ones..although they find some instances they don't find all of them

I am using adaware and spyware blaster both are free.F secure for virus.

I use absolutely nothing. You suck at the Internet if you get a virus, worm or spyware.

I don't get viruses or worms, but spyware seems pretty hard to avoid completely. How do you do it?
