MySpace isn't for kids dude. Maybe you should sign up for a membership and check it out. You can't even browse for anyone under 18 years old. They are not listed in the members directory. If he listed himself as 18 then thats his fault.

NO COMPUTER access, other then when he is at my place... which again, was ONCE since I made it up for him. He has 6 emails, wo of which were porn spam and ARS and a Spacash... interestingly enough, both done the same way with the same style hpa. He profile has a total of 48 views btw. It was just for fun so he could see him and his dad online. I have not used it and he has not either. He has two friends... TOM and some Cartoon he likes.

There are plenty of other places to host a site for him. Hell, domains are $6 and monthly hosting can be found for 1/2 that.

Also...they don't make an effort because it's not email. It's not covered under can-spam. It's basically just private messaging on a message board.

They tried to get my former partner on some trumped up extortion charges because they couldn't get the "spam" charges to stick.

Yes, it has changed. The lowered the min. requirements to signup from 18 to 14 and their correct age, 14 and up can be displayed next to their default pic. Again, it was about 45-60 days ago. Cant be exact on that. However, from the looks of it, you cant search below 18. which is a good thing in my opinion.

If you are such an myspace guru, im sure you can find the exact date that min. age requirement for joining was changed. Im a newbie... only 1200 profile veiws a day so far ;)

No... I got got a myspace email form Spacash... I dont care who the affiliate is and its not my job to police that. The url didnt have the affiliate name in it, it had a Spacash linking code that links to a SPACASH site... I dont have the spacash affiliate list nor is it my responsiblity to search that person out. If you want the info on the email, then send me an icq and I will make sure you have all the info you need to close this guys account. Until someone does that.. its a Spacash issue. You are correct.. you cant see beforehand what might happen, but you sure can after the fact. So, its a Spacash call. I have way better things to do the make up bs stories about some program I dont give a rats ass about.
