    Anyone offer service virtual visa/master credit card for Internet Shopping?

    Visa virtual cc is not reloadable
    Master virtual cc is reloadable
    (16 digits,cvc2,expired date)

    Its for internet online shopping. Preferable UK issuer. Must working with 2co,google adwords,major merchant a/c online.

    I need a provider badly now! Please recommend me any or ICQ me.
