as i write this i'm sitting in my hotel room in Paris during a much overdue honeymoon with my wife, and let me tell you, i'd rather be doing anything else than writing this...
I was surfing around catching up on the latest happenings when i ran into this thread u have posted:

...in this "drama alert" thread (as you chose to label it) you are upset about XBiz's report on Playboy's acquisition of ICS.
according to our editors, the figure reported was based on info from the SEC - a regular reference of ours.
what wasn't included in the story were details (not available) on performance-based future income.
Our editors do an amazing job of reporting hundreds of stories accurately every month - as anyone in publishing will tell you, issues come up from time to time - whenever this happens XBiz has always acknowledged, taken responsibility and made amends.
considering your stature, not to mention our relationship, the utter lack of consideration and your way of handling this (taking a public shot at XBiz rather than first contacting us) is simply **MIND BOGGLING**.
just unreal.
